i failed my glucose test by 6 points

i didn't talk to my doctor yet, but do you think they are going to make me go for the 3 hour?

I hate to say it but even 1 point below the pass/fail ratio I heard of girls having to go for the 3 hour.....but I hear a lot more girls pass the 3 hour. Don't stress.

I didn't even fail, I just came close to failing and they may be take the 3 hour.

It isn't that bad, and you will pass it. Just bring a good book and an ipod.

I also failed by 6 pts and my dr. had a lower threshold then some and I had to take the 3 hr - all was fine but, better safe than sorry I guess

ugh.. just the thought of it makes me nauseaus.

I failed my 1 hour by 3 points and had to go take the 3 hour test.

My issue was that I ate a chocolate chocolate chip muffin about an hour and a half before drinking the glucose drink and that was what pushed me over the edge!

They will make you fast from midnight the night before the 3 hour test... I am sure you will pass since you only failed it by a small number.

I failed the 1 hour by 7 points and passed the three hour.

With my eldest daughter I only failed it by a couple of points so they didnt make me take the 3 hour..they said it was fine. I only knew I failed b/c I asked...BUT then my daughter was born 4 weeks early weighing in at 8lbs so maybe it did play a part in my pregnancy!!!!

I would think if you're that close, you will definitely pass the 3 hour.

I failed the 1 hr by 6 points also and pasted the 3 hour easily. It's just time consuming and boring. Also if you go to Quest they do not offer the 3 hr on Saturday's, just and FYI!!!

oh no, no saturdays that really stinks. I am trying to save as much vacation time as i can for when the baby is here(and its not much)
