I dont think I got decaff
I stopped at Starbucks and treated myself to a decaff..iced caramel macciata, and now that Im done, my 2 boys are mving around like crazy

I actually saw a report once on Dateline or one of those shows that tested decaff from places like Starbucks, and in some cases, they had MORE caffeine than regular coffee!  So, you probably didn't get decaff if you're feeling that way!

Aww, if anything, they're getting a super workout! They'll be ok. I remember a couple of times that happening to me, too, with Ava. I always felt SO bad.

I always had that one cup of coffee every morning with all my pregnancies. The little guys will be okay. Drink some water, it'll help get it out of your system.

I wouldn't be too concerned. Even if it was caffeinated, it won't do any harm.

I agree. Your boys will be absolutely fine. I have a caffeinated drink every day.

Doesn't the iced carmel macchiato have sugar in it? Maybe it's all the sugar, and not caffeine

Caramel? It's probably the sugar that's making them dance. And even if it wasn't decaf, don't stress, they are fine.
