I don't know whether to laugh or cry
My sister is really un-friggen-believable. My mom normally watches the kids on Thursdays when I go to work until DH gets home from work. She called me this morning to tell me she has the stomach bug. So I had to scramble to get a babysitter for the day. Obvisouly my sister was my first call, she even lives right next door. Well she had a long list of excuses as to why she couldn't do it. REALLY!?!? Are you f'ing kidding me?! This is not me asking you so that I can run out and get a manicure, this is so I can go into work! I had to call my BFF, who has 3 kids of her won, to help me out. Then my SIL will come relieve her when she gets out of work. My sister really is something special. And just to add insult to injury, she also told me she's not going to come out to brunch with me and my mom next week because she sin't going to like the food. We were supposed to be taking my mom for her bday.

ITA. I seem to remember that you usually help her out a fair amount. Just remember this. And that stinks about brunch. How incredibly selfish.

Yup, I help her out all the time. And because my mom is sick and she was supposed to babysit tomorrow night for me so I could go out to dinner for my bday, I might hae to cancel that too. You would think since she let me down today she would atleast offer to watch them tomorrow night so I can have a bday dinner with my DH. She is such a selfish b!atch!
