I did it!
I ran a 5k today! I haven't run one if about 5 years. I know it's not a big deal but I am so proud of myself! I ran the whole time and my per mile average was about 20 seconds faster than I've been running on the treadmill at the gym.

Thanks everyone! I'm going to do a turkey trot next. I think I'm going to keep signing up for 5Ks to keep myself motivated.
