I could live on cereal!!!!
I really only want to eat cereal lately I love cheerios and multigrain cheerios and total,wheaties,fiber one sprinkled on top with ice cold skim milk
I have been eating this for breakfast and dinner and snacks
its kind of like I am addicted to cereal

Cereal is great because it is so filling. I am also a fan of cereal. Sometimes I like to go back to sugary ones though!

I eat handfuls of cereal for a snack
Its so good....I love the crunch of cereal....I could never do like an all iquid diet because I love the crunchy!!

Try the new Kelloggs Fiber Plus with Antioxidants in Berry. Its SO good! Ive been living off it.

I noticed that crunchy foods fill me up more, like it is more work to eat it (dry cereal, pretzels, etc)
