I cheated tonight...
on my diet!!!
I didn't mean too...now i feel so guilty. Guess i have to start fresh again tomorrow.
I ate 4 of those small hersey chocolates with the almonds in additiont my regular points. I told my mom, she is not allowed to keep candy in her house!! I have no will power when bad foods are sitting in front of me. UGH!!!!! Just needed to vent.

Yes - it's good to treat yourself every so often as well. I feel if I deprive myself of things totally, I go and overdo it when the time comes!
