I cant take the stress!!
So this morning i was really constipated!! and i had to go to the bathroom so bad. So i forced it out like an idiot. I broke a blood vessel in my uterus, and bled a little bit this morning. So it finally cleared up and its dark old blood and i spoke to my doctor and it said this was common, what the f**k. No i feel like a pulled a muscle. Errr i cant take this. This will be my 3rd episode of spotting, my doctor was so sweet, he said i could come in and get a sono to make me feel better, and i said i already did one at work, and saw the baby and the heartbeat! i know im alittle nuts. Anyone ever experience this.

i am SO sorry this happened sweety!!!!
what about taking something like colace, Metamucil or Fibercon????
these were all on my approved list from the RE for constipation....(but PLEASE check with your doc first)..

I'm normally "irregular" so the doc told me from day one to take Metamucil tablets with every meal!!
