Please try not to worry. I know it is hard, but not everyone has symptoms in the beginning.

Try to stay positive. I'm sure it's very hard. I worried too and never had a MC. I hope you get good news soon and can stop worrying.
eta: I had very few - practically none - symptoms throughout my pregnancy and I'm almost 39 weeks along.

I am the same as you. Any different feeling in my stomach area or anything different feeling, and I get sooo nervous. But I try not to think about it too much. I keep saying I'll stop worrying once I reach 12 weeks, but I'm sure after that I'll worry about labor and anything being wrong with the baby. I'm a natural worry-wart though!

I was in your shoes once too. After my MC I was anxious all the time that something wasn't right. I finally convinced myself that if I wasn't bleeding - I had to be ok. It's easy for me to say, but just *relax*. I was in your situation once too and now I am less than 40 days away from giving birth! Good luck!
