I can't sleep...again
I have not slept well all week! I am so over tired right now! I took benadryl for my allergies BUT I am still wide awake...I hate this

Get out of bed and do something boring. Don't stress about not sleeping either, because you definitely won't sleep then. Just relax and clear your mind. I know it's hard, but it does work. I used to have horrible chronic insomnia. Now if I get the occassional bought, I do not stress about not sleeping, get up and do something I hate and boring.
Are you in any pain? Switching to a tempurpedic also helped.
Are you worried about anything (besides not sleeping?)?

WELCOME TO THE CLUB!!! It is sunday and I have been up since 6 am. Why the hell can't I go back to sleep. Too many things going on in my mind. It sucks. Oh well maybe I can nap later. Now what to do around the house? hmm

only i didn't fall asleep until 3:30am either.
I made a nail appt, leaving here in 20 mins.

My insomnia is back with a vengeance this week. I have no idea why. Saturday night was the last good night's sleep I got!
