I can't remember if...
I took my prenantal vitamin this morning or not... 
Should I take one now just to be safe or is twice in one day worse than not taking it at all?

I am so bad with remembering pills too, so at the beginning of every week I put my vitamins in pill holder with a labeled slot for each day of the week. If you already took one, a second may bother your stomach.

Your welcome! I got mine at the pharmacy counter at King Kullen, but I'm sure you can find them at any pharmacy.

I highly suggest the pill box with days of the week. It is the greatest thing when you have prego brain. I have no short term memory lately.
