I can't remember, do you have to
fast before your 1 hour glucose test?
I just ate a big bowl of fresh fruit, nuts, granola and vanilla yogurt. I go to the dr for my check up and glucose test in 1 hour

You don't have to but I wouldn't recommend eating anything very sugary beforehand.

the lab tech said you don't have to, but you are more likely to pass that way... but if you fail by just a little just tell the dr. what you ate and they might be more lenient and let you do the hour glucose over again instead of a full 3 hour one
