I can't nap anymore....
Everytime I take a nap during the day and wake up I feel so sick and out of it, and its really making me nervous. I just woke up from a nap before and I thought i was going to pass out, I got up to go to the bathroom and felt so hot and nausaus. I still have that metalic taste in my mouth and gets worse when I sleep, I swear I just can't take naps anymore.....  I don't know why I feel this way, its only bad after I nap.

I'm only 9w5d and I feel the same way. When I nap, I wake up and just feel "strange" can't explain it, it's definitely not a good feeling.

It happened to me also..I noticed that whenever I laid down, whether it be for a nap or watch tv on the couch, when I got up I felt "off". I now get up slowly and it seems to make me feel better..Oh, and that metallic taste

Thanks, I guess were the only ones it happens to!
I feel better now, I think I was just hungry.
