I can't believe this!
Even if she was "helping rescue organizations" the animals were still in horrible conditions. And she let them in to her house so why would they need a warrant!

i can actually undersstand this... with so many animals, they are working on gathering as much evidence aginst her as possible, which is why they haven't pressed formal charges yet.
the animals aren't going anywhere. i think an injunction like this would be fairly common and could easily be removed when she is charged or convicted. as long as the animals are being well cared for and aren't euthanized, i don't see a problem with it. everyone should have their day in Court.

true but what I got from the article was that she is the one requesting the dogs be held because they didnt have a warrant. And she is arguing the fact that it was not a puppy mill and shehad some sore of rescue organization. thats what annoys me. A rescue organzation in a filth pit house!
