I can't believe my trusted friend has failed me...
the miracle blanket was my saviour for 6 months with DD and this time it has failed. DS falls asleep great in it but breaks out of it constantly. I'm thinking now is the time to start sleeping him without it.
How do I do this??? He's only 12 weeks and still has that jerky arm movement thing that wakes him. Any help on how to do this?????

DD eventually figured out how to get her arms out of it too but we just swaddled her with a receiving blanket, arms out. It worked for a little while longer! GL!

no he doesn't roll yet. I haven't really tried to belly sleep this time for some reason. He seems to only like to nap in the swing and sleep in his blanket (but then he gets free )

My DS was the same way. I started swaddling with his hands out for the night and on his belly. I did this before he could roll too but he is so strong and had such great neck control at a young age, I wasn't concerned at all. It has helped him to sleep a bit better.

DD hated the swaddle and was a terrible sleeper until I put her on her belly at 8 weeks, that was the only thing that worked!
