I cannot find a 12 to 15 passenger van to rent

Every company website that I go on has these vans as unavailable - weird. You go through the whole procedure of trying to make a reservation , then when you select that car it says none available

We are trying to rent a van in July to go to sesame place.

I googled it so I have tried Enterprise, Avis, Budget........ I called enterprise and she said overall NYS does not carry these type of vans. Oh well!

How about renting two 8 passenger SUVs?

try calling local ford dealerships in your area. i know a long time ago, you used to be able to rent cars, trucks and vans from Ramp Ford out in Pt Jeff Sta.

There are specialty companies in NYS that rent these.

I remember using one in Massapequa when I lived there.

I work for Avis and Budget and the demand is too low and the upkeep too high on them for us to really keep them in the NYC metro area.

If you lived in Colorado we could probably help you!!

my family used to rent from vantastic in massapequa and they had one in valley stream. let me see if i can search for it.

we rented a 15 passenger to bring my family to my brothers graduation from college.

This topic came up recently in another forum, and I can't totally recall the answer - something like its classified differently so you need a different type of license - which is why the major companies won't rent it to just anyone.

thank you everyone for your help! We are lookiing to go July 16 and come home late on the 17th.
