I can barely walk now
You'd think I havent gone through this before...but I cannot remember it being this bad with DD.
Im 33 weeks now and seriously..it KILLS to walk around. So much pain- not even like pressure- its like pain. I need to waddle side to side to relieve some of it. Is this normal? Should I call my doctor? When im sitting im fine...but walking, turning over in bed, etc..causes me such uncomfortableness. This stinks!!

Re: I can barely walk now
unfortunately the waddle is my new walk. I hate it but its the only way I can walk without super discomfort.
One of my girls is so low that they cant even measure her head in a normal external sono. they need to get her head measurements vaginally so u can imagine the discomfort I feel.
My sis in law is prego with a single baby and she is feeling lots of discomfort too and her doc told her not to be on her feet too long and to try not to lift things.
Hope you feel better

Re: I can barely walk now
Ugh, I'm in the same boat. We have a lot of stairs at our house too, so sometimes I just wont get something I need because I dont want to walk the stairs. I am THAT pregnant lady that is waddling around. I never thought it would happen to me, but it is painful and I have so much lower pressure from . Baby A is so low, her head can't even turn! I'm 36 weeks, so I'm ready when they are! Any day now hint hint!

Re: I can barely walk now
I'm approaching 35 wks and I definitely find walking to be an olympic sport.
It sucks because when I am done with work, I also go to school full-time and walking around the campus SUCKS!!!
I have to keep reminding myself that it's just a few more weeks, but the pain is getting worse every day.
Hope you get some relief soon!

Re: I can barely walk now
I've had this problem for a while and I'm only 28 weeks. Def try a maternity belt. I got mine at Destination Maternity. I feel a HUGE difference when I wear it. I keep it on all day at work and if I have to walk around a store or somewhere.

Re: I can barely walk now
I'm sorry girl! 2nd one is so much harder and yes, I'm totally carrying lower. I remember with Mason he never really dropped and I had way more energy. Heck, I worked out almost everyday. Now, I'm out of breathe walking to the end of the driveway to get the mail. 30 weeks and I feel like I'm 40 weeks

Re: I can barely walk now
I've waddled since 4 months.
Now my favorite is how bad I sweat just putting socks on.

Re: I can barely walk now
With my DD I carried so darn low that I felt like she was going to just fall out when walking around. I would get this excrutiating pain shooting down my thigh in the middle of walking- so bad I'd have to stop in my tracks. Once I couldn't get up off the toilet it was that bad. I think she was laying on some nerve down there.
I remember it well! It did stink!!
