I bid my dongue!
That wasn't a typo, that's how I sound. I can't say T's or L's or th's. I can't talk properly and sound like a toddler.
2 nights ago I bit my tongue eating dinner, rather badly. Yesterday it hurt and today it hurts even more. I called Dr. to see if I can use Ambesol or Orajel and they said no.
I am miserable and it is so hard to eat and drink.
Thanks for letting me vent.

Feel better soon. Rinse with warm salt water and it should clear up quicker.

I don't think so. I'm in sales and had to talk a lot yesterday. I really didn't get to rest my tongue at all and I had to sound professional not like a baby. I stupidly had a cheeseburger for dinner and (although being anemic I really needed the red meat) it hurt so much I could only eat half. I'll stick wth softer foods today.

 I don't mean to laugh, but your title is killing me. Rest your tongue this weekend!!! That's so weird that they said no to orajel because my doctor said yes.
