I attempted a tuck and roll at toddler gymnastics
and (besides looking like an idiot) pulled a muscle in my neck!
My daughter was scared to try one so I figured, "I used to do these all the time. . . 33 years ago - lemme try!"
She found it hilarious - and still wont try one. . . and my neck is killing me!
Mama is old and out of shape.

 i don't mean to laugh but i tried to picture myself doing a tuck and roll and OMG i think i would look so ridiculous  that's awesome that you tried it!

OMG... I hope you feel better!
One of the things I realized lately is that doing all the things we used to do when we were 5 or 8... just not the same in our 30's!
For example, doing a cartwheel at 8, AWESOME... doing a cartwheel at 34, ouch!
Same thing with monkey bars, handstands and like you said, tuck and rolls!
I guess the boobs and hips get in the way!

was my first reaction, then I thought about when I fell on my as$ trying to play double dutch with my cousins. Yeah, not such a great outcome. Feel better.
