i am trying not to worry
Have any of you ladies had spotting and period type cramping and everything was ok? I have been reading info on various websites and a lot of it contradicts each other. I have another doc appointment tomorrow and I have been spotting for over 24hrs and cramping for over 12. They did see LO heartbeat yesterday at 6w1d and my bloodwork was fine...I am a nervous wreck!

If you had an US yesterday you might be spotting as a result of that. I would call your OB and see what they think. PLEASE stay away from Google!!!

thats what i was going to say... my dr told me several times not to be worried if i had bleeding/and or spotting after my first u/s...

I had spotting at around 7-9 weeks. I can't remember exactly. it went on for a few days though and the spotting was light.
I then had FULL ON red bleeding at the 12-13 week mark. The dr scooped out a bunch of the blood (otherwise I would have bled for days) and after that I spotted for about a week or more.
I didn't have cramps with either one though.
I am now 25+ weeks along.
it's good that you have another dr appt tomorrow. Hopefully all will be just fine.
The cramping early on is normal. So long as it's not severe cramping. It's possible the cramping is just from the pregnancy in general and the bleeding is something else and all is fine.
I'm sorry you are going through this. I hope it all works out.

as hard as it may be, stay away from googling things on the internet, it can make you crazy. Just go to your dr. appts and trust your body, a HB at 6w is a great sign so just keep the faith and think positive.

I had spotting/light period cramping a few days after my first internal. The doctor said that it was most likely from that. It went away, but then came back a few days later for a few weeks.
