I am so sick

Since Sunday I have not felt too good. It started with the sore throat, on sunday night into monday, and then yesterday afternoon I started to feel achy, and my head feels like someone is applying pressure to it. I have been coughing and hacking, and I am stuffed up too. Also I feel nauses everyonce in a while.

I have been taking airborne, and also Tylenol Sinus cold med.

I think I may have a tempurature. I had one last night and also the chills too.

Also I have no desire to eat...

Tomorrow night is my friends rehersal dinner which we are going to and then his wedding on friday. I have to get better in time.

Any advice on what to do for what I am feeling would be greatly appreciated.

Theraflu usually works for me. I had the same thing a few weeks ago, it took a few days to go away. Stay home and rest.

i'm sorry you're sick. I've also been sick for over a week now - chest cold. NyQuil is a BLESSING

If you have sinus congestion, I would recommend using a saline nasal spray, especially after you take a very hot shower. I hope you feel better soon!

Thanks - I am about to have some thera flu - Too bad I dont have any saline spray in the house

I hope you feel better. My brother has the exact symptoms....i guess there is something going around--nothing is working for him either.

Today I woke up with different symptoms. Now my head doesnt feel that compressing anymore.

My throat is a little irritated, probably from the coughing.

My nose is congested

I am coughing like crazy

And my chest hurts - probably from the coughing.

I am going to go take a hot shower now to relieve some of the congestion.

It sounds like you might have bronchitis or an upper respiratory infection. If you can, try to get to your doctor to get checked out asap. If it is one of those, you may need an antibiotic to get rid of it. Feel better!

I dont think its Bronchitis. I had that before and this doesnt feel like I did when I had that.

I think its just a cold.....

I would suggest going to see a doctor just in case. If it is something that's contagious - you shouldn't wait for your own health, and you certainly don't want to get the bride and groom sick this weekend!

I would go to the doctor for whatever help they can provide, even if you are not contagious, why possibly jeopardize getting sicker and not being able to attend if you are in the bridal party???

Sounds like pneumonia to me! Good news is that your tux should be loose--getting sick is always good for losing weight!
