I am so mad at BBB!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just came back from Buy Buy Baby...my brother bought us the Peg Perego Skate as a gift...
We came home opened the box..two parts were missig and it look like it has been used....
We did not pay $1000 for a USED stroller...
The box looked banged up to begin with.....now I have to go bac to Westbury from Bayside tomorrow to go exchange it for another....
and you better elieve I am going tomake them open the box and make sure I am getting a NEW stroller!!!!!

man that sux 
mom had an airconditioner delivered to her home today, and we installed it for her. a portion of the metal sleeve (that you install into the window prior to sliding in the unit ) was bent... it made life so difficult  in our case, however, it is less $$ than your stroller, and frankly, our airconditioner model is soldout everywhere, so we did our best to straighten it out and work with the situation.
definitely give them #ell
