I am so hungry today!!
I had a whole wheat thoma's bagel with veggie cream cheese at 9:30AM. At about 11:15, I had an apple. I've already drank 2 pints of water and a glass of iced tea since I woke up.
I am STARVING right now!!! It's ridiculous! I usually don't eat my lunch until at least 1, I'm going to have to eat it now though. This is getting out of control!

wow, you haven't eaten a lot in my opinion. Try little snacks in between meals. One apple would never hold me over to lunch. And maybe I'm just a fatty...

I'm with you!!! you're not alone!!!
I had a protien shake this morning, then a pear and I was STARving BY 11:30AM. I just got lunch and got toretellini wht alfredo sauce , but it's what I wanted soI gave in.
I feel ike lately my hunger just hits me and if I don't eat..Oh boy is it bad.

I know, I bring my lunch and have snacks at my desk, but I feel like I am going to eat everything today!! If I don't eat when I'm hungry I feel soo sick.
