when you decide to be a crazy nutcase and take a leap of faith and risk being a complete failure and having to return to working for the same type of company if it doesn't work out......

I know I know, I just can't walk away from this salary right now (and it's nothing to scream at) Trying to figure out a way to do both, but I am here 12-15 hours a day. EGAADS
