I am so BLOATED!!!

I am about 5-6 weeks now and my boobs are rapidly growing and HURT. But besides this, I am so BLOATED! Ugh. I feel awful. What can I do to ease this inflated feeling? Any foods to watch out for? TIA!

I feel the same way and I'm 5 weeks, 3 days. My husband has threatened to send me to the gym if I don't stop sticking out my bloated belly. He's the gym hound.

To reduce bloating, here's what you wanna do:

1. avoid big meals
2. avoid salty food
3. avoid rich sauces, onions, beans, cabbage, and fried foods
4. avoid eating too fast

drink a lot of water, and avoid too much salt...

the bloat is frankly normal, and will pass somewhat and be replaced by a bump by about week 12....

I have breast pain bad this pregnancy. This did not happen with my son. They are huge, hard and painful....but better than they felt when I first found out I was pg almost 4 weeks ago. So there is some relief
The bloat I think comes because your digestive tract slows. Try to keep yourself from getting constipated ( easier said than done ) which will make you feel 100 times more bloated!

I wasn't bloated but my boobs KILLED for pretty much the whole trimester. They were swollen and tight, my nips itched, it was torture. But there is hope, by week 13 that all stopped and they feel normal again!!
