I am so...
constipated and gassy  Can I take
Gas X??? I am taking fiber everyday and I cant go regularly  sorry for the TMI!

Yes, you can take GasX- my Dr. said its fine.
I'm having the same problem- when its bad I take the GasX and colace. But, I take fibercon once a day and that works most of the time- but not always so thank goodness for the GasX!!

I feel your pain. I have never felt like this before in my life. I go once every 5 days or so and even when I do, it's not easy.

I had the same issue (not fun). I told my OB I was taking Metamucil pills and he said that probably wouldn't help. He said I should try to use natural foods that would act as a stool softener and that he would prescribe one if it didn't work.
**I started drinking a very small glass of ice cold prune juice in the morning before ingesting anything else and it worked like a charm!!!
