I am sick

I woke up yesterday not feeling right- started coughing a little at work. Tried to ignore it.

Got home last night and the coughing got worse. Was up half the night sneezing coughing and crying cause I didnt feel well.

So here I am this morning - at work, but only for a little bit to do a few things, then going home.

Any suggestions on what I can do? I am going to call the dr when she gets in, but for now I'm drinking hot tea.

I am so sad.. I wont hurt the baby will I?

I am just getting over a similar cold.............

I had a lot of head congestion, sneezing stuffy nose and coughing. THe said it was just viral. 13 days now and I'm still congested, but not as bad

My midwife and primary said I could take sudafed, mucinex and regular robitussin and tylenol when needed. Check with your MD and see what they think is appropriate for you to take!

Try to take some extra fluid to help get rid of all the extra phlem!

Just lots of liquids and rest. Feel better soon. Baby will be fine

I just got over a brutal cold that lasted 2 full weeks. The OB said plain, regular Sudafed was fine to take for the congestion as was regular nose spray (Afrin) if I needed it. Feel better!!
