I know how you feel being frustrated at your job and not knowing what to do. It is such a helpless feeling, I am trying to find a way to figure it out too.

Any chance you can get DH to go to counseling with you so he can help you with some coping techniques and get some for himself too?
I'm so sorry you are going through this. You've had such a rough time of things...you deserve a break!!

I was miserable at my first job, and I learned not to take it home with me. When you hate a job it can be all-consuming, but if you let it, it can ruin your marriage and your life. Just look at it as making the money to pay your mortgage..You don't have to like it, or make it your reason for living--just look forward to the times away from work. Plan nice activities for the weekends so you have something to look forward to. Sometimes I feel down and think weekends are just for cleaning, etc., but you have to make and plan time to work on mental health. Don't live to work, work to live. But work on compartmentalizing your life so that your frustration with work will not affect your marriage.
