I am just not feeling well lately - any suggestions?
On top of the major all day acid reflux attacks I've been having, I have constant gas and keep belching. Last night and today I had bad diarrhea with stomach cramps. I just feel so horrible.
I have been eating bland foods. Drinking lots of water and I feel nothing is working. Oh and I can't really walk too good because my right hip is killing me for some reason. I'm a mess.  I am trying to enjoy this last trimester but, these things aren't making it easy.

I'm sorry, I feel pretty horrible and im in my first tri...just think that you are almost there  just try to take it easy and ASK FOR HELP from anyone who will give it. hope you feel better
keep drinking liquids especially if you have diarhea

Yeah the 1st and 3rd trimester's r the hardest!! Feel better!

i've been eating dinner the latest at 6pm the past couple of weeks.. any later, and i can't sleep the whole night.. reflux and gas.. I have potty issues too, just like you.. not fun at all.. "hang in there" is what i keep hearing.. i hope you feel better

Thanks everyone. I saw a GI specialist today. He prescribed me Nexium and said it's totally okay to take at 29 weeks. He gave me a whole months worht of samples. I hope my insurance covers it.
He said the Nexium should help within a few days.
