I am in contract...thank you for the advice on towns.
DH & I have finally found a house. We looked at a ton of horrible houses and finally found the one in Farmingdale. Thank you for all the responses on the area. We love it and all your responses helped convince Farmingdale was the right place for us.
We had our inspection over the weekend and received the contracts today. We are now pushing our mortgage broker to get the bank in line so we can close....we really want to close before Thanksgiving.
I am so excited and have been scared to tell anyone until we had the contracts in had since we have lost 3 other houses during our search.
