I am idiot...I need help...I lost the gas cap for my car
I am a moron...got gas...left it on top of my car and drove off Yeah and left the little door open too..I knew there was a reason I never used self serve....Where can I get one...Is it safe to drive around like this

No you're not! Both my SIL and cousin accidentally pumped diesel into their cars and nearly ruined the engines. That is sillier!

I would not drive around without a gas cap. You can release vaoprs & cause the Check Engine light to come on. Go to an auto zone or any auto parts store.
 It is not the worst thing that can happen
ETA I would not bother with the dealership. They most likely will not have one in stock & will cost more than a regualr store.
