I am fuming!!
Over the summer I went tanning a few times...so had a membership for a month. Well instead of cancelling my acct...they put it on hold so as of Oct. they have been charging me $90 a month since then.
I was bad...i didnt notice the charge on my card...TOTALLY my fault...I learned.  So i called them when I saw it last week for December...and told them the situation, told them I couldnt tan any longer due to a skin condition etc. Well they said get a doc. note and we will credit it all to you.
So i did all that..and now they are trying to keep half of it $200. I am livid...they told me they would credit it me...I am waiting for a call from the owner...but am sure they won't call today. I can just scream...obviously $200 isnt going to make or break me...but they are scamming me and I refuse to let them do this.
