I am dredding today too...
Today is my first day back to work too. I can't begin to tell you how sad I am. I have to work 12pm-9pm today and Wednesday, 12pm-6pm on Friday and 10am-5pm on Saturday. I am grateful that my SIL will be watching her 3 of those days. DH gets home around 4pm so my poor SIL won't have her all those hours.
I am trying to find something with less hours or something I can do at home (like data entry or typing).
I just want to cry....

I know it is the hardest thing to do, but she will be ok, and it does get a little easier with time...

The first week is AWFUL when you go back to work. But you do get into a groove and a new routine. You begin to settle in after a bit and both you and your baby learn to enjoy your time together in new ways.

It was so hard this morning. Hayley had gotten up at 5:30am, I fed her and put her back to bed. She didn't get up again until 10:45am. I went in and she was all smiles and I burst into tears. I was feeding her when my SIL came over. I must have looked really sad because DH said that he spoke to his sister and she said I looked SO SAD.
