I am closing tomorrow and FREAKING OUT!!
I am closing at noon tomorrow and I feel like I am going to die!! I was told today that I need to bring evidence of co-op insurance to the close, so I have been on the phone with Allstate for over an hour, I have not yet received the details for the bank checks, so I will probably have to go to the bank tomorrow morning at 8:30 before rushing to the walk-thru at 9!! Then I need to hop on a train to Long Island for the close at noon!!

It was such a hassle getting everything together when we closed too Just look forward to getting in the house and celebrating!!

EVERYTHING happens all at once!
I still remember the night before our closing we were advised via voice mail that we wouldn't take posession of the house at closing! Umm...could we have had some notice at least!
I hope it all goes smoothly...take a DEEP breath....and just go for it! It's soooo worth it in the end!
