I am 10 weeks today
and I am in almost all maternity clothes.
Is this normal? I can still wear my shirts (most of them, anyway), but I don't fit in ANY of my pants anymore!
I look like a fat pig, I don't even look preggo. People who know me can tell, but other than that, I look like I just ate one too many bagels with cream cheese.

Re: I am 10 weeks today
my pants were the first things that got tight, too, around that time. i think it's bloating b/c after a few weeks more they felt a little better but by 4 months i was in stretchies all the time!

Re: I am 10 weeks today
I'm almost 9 weeks and my pants are very uncomfortable but I'm still squeezing in them - however my shirts are really small. I guess I tend to wear a more fitted shirt so they just don't sit on the right spot anymore and look too short!!!!
By 10weeks I'm thinking I'll start the switch to larger shirts and possibly venture to try on some maternity pants!

LOL that just made me laugh b/c lately bagels with cream cheese is all I want.
Its looks and feels much better to go maternity clothes when necessary than to try and squeeze into regular clothes- at least thats my reasoning!

Re: I am 10 weeks today
I will be 14 weeks tomorrow and I've been wearing maternity pants for at least the last 2 weeks. They are so comfy....it was hard to rationalize squeezing into my regular pants when these were so comfy I don't think I look any different than I did pre-pg, but they just didn't fit right.
Tops...that's a whole other story

Every morning I have to get one on my way to work. It wouldn't be so bad, if I didn't have a bowl of cheerios just an hour and a half before.
ETS: as a matter of fact, maybe I will get one for lunch

Re: I am 10 weeks today
You girls are too much
I had M/S soooo bad the first 12-13 weeks so I actually lost a few pounds - BUT somehow I was bloated as all heck and my pants were still snug (the bella band thingy helped a LOT). And my 'fitted' tops were immediately no good either because my boobs jumped up two cup sizes!!!
Then I hit a point at about 10 wks where the bloat went away and I actually fit better into my clothes.. it kept fluctuating.. but I have in my closet "fat clothes" (from when I was heavier pre-pregnancy) and skinny clothes (from when I lost weight) so I got away with the fat clothes for a long time!
Now I'm nearly at 15 weeks and I cannot get away with 90% of my pants - with it getting warmer out its just TOO uncomfortable. So I guess I better s*ck it up and hit the maternity stores pronto!!
edited to add: But I agree wtih all of you! We're at that stage where I just look like a chubby fast food freak, I don't look PG at all

Ok, at first you made me feel bad (with all that weight loss) , but now that your pants don't fit I feel better
Don't mind me, I'm in a silly mood.

I am 9 weeks and I gave up on all my pants already.
I am just soooo bloated and lets just say I didn't have a lot of extra room in my pants b/f I got PG
So I splurged on 2 pairs of pants from Old Navy- but I feel like a huge blob
