Hypnosis & Pregnancy
My friend who lives in MA had (weekly?) Hypnosis prior to pregnancy and she believed that it helped her have an amazing pregnancy, labor & delivery. I figure that would be a good thing to try, but not sure if there is something around here? Anyone ever heard of this?
I will get more details and add them as I do... the way i wrote this seems a little nuts right now LOL

i never heard of it but it sounds interesting!
I definitely think it all is a mindset thing though…..I never let this pregnancy get me down even when I felt like sh*t. I loveeeeee being pregnant whereas I know people who hated it

I'm currently taking a HypnoBabies course and practicing the techniques. I'm loving it so far and really find it helpful in keeping me calm, secure and healthy during my pregnancy. A friend of mine had a hypnobirth and swears by it, which is what turned me on to the practice.
