Hyphenated names

Do you ladies think a hypenated name w/a middle name is too long?

For example..

Patrick-Scott Brian Wolf

(this totally isn't a name we're thinking of but the syllabuls of each name are the same).

Oh, i don't know if it makes a difference, but the hypenated can be called PJ, JC or whatever...

I do, but only because I feel like people will just look for a shorter way to pronounce it or create a nickname, and you might not want them to do that.

I don't think it is too much.

I don't know anyone that uses their middle name so if you like it go for it.

psh.. Adriana is a PERFECT name! lol

The funny thing is, the amount of syllabuls in this name is the same as my full name... 6/7 (depending on pre or post married name lol). I think it looks longer then it actually is.

Ugh.. we'll see. I'd probably call the LO by the 1st name in the hyphenated name anyway. What everyone else wants to do is their decision.

Re: Hyphenated names

I think having a short last name makes it easier to have a hyphenated name with a middle name, so it's not necessarily too much.

Our last name has 4 syllables, so we're trying to keep first names to 2 syllables, and same for middle just so the whole name isn't super wordy to say.
