humidifers ?

My peds told me to use a humidifer in room at night just to put some moisture in the room for my dd to sleep in b/c of the congestion. She said it doesnt have to be on all night, just a little bit.

How long do you leave on? Im thinking 20 mins or so, is that long enough. I dont know if the room has enough moisture, it doesnt even feel dry to me.

Re: humidifers ?

We leave ours on 24 hours a day now, but that's because our apt. is very dry.
