HSG

I went today for my HSG. Yesterday at the RE appt, during the sone, my dr said everything looked fine and he would be suprised if the HSG came back with anything. I had an HSG done in 2009 when I was trying for #1 and it was fine. I went to a different place today and they couldn't get the test to "work". The dye kept flowing back into my vagina. After a few minutes, the dr said my uterus has an odd shape. They didn't really get the test to do what it was supposed to do. He said the test is limited. Has anyone ever experienced this? After a million gyno appts in my life, plus being seen by an RE and seeing my OB during my pregnancy, wouldn't someone have noticed if my uterus has an odd shape??? The test worked the last time.... I really don't think it is anythging to worry about, but I think about it on and off. I will reach out to my dr next week once he receives the results, but would you be concerned? The HSG is to check for blockages and I don't think things aren't open and flowing, I just wish this test went 1,2,3
