HRA?
I received a postcard in the mail from the HRA-Housing Rehabilitation Assistance. DH called and we had a rep come to our house to discuss the program. I'm hesitant about this. Has anyone heard of this before? Is this legit? they kept saying it was home remodeling assistance through the government.
