HR People I need your help
A co-worker is currently pregnant and wants to know how much she would get when she is out on NYS disability. Does anyone have a link that I can print out for her? THanks

Tell her to look on the NY State Dept of Labor website. It should say the max amount based on her salary...I wanna say roughly $500 bucks a week.

NYS Disability will pay a maximum of $170.00 per week for maternity leave.
Unless her company also has a supplemental Short Term Disability plan - that's all she'll get.
