Do you need to be a resident? Or can I still go as a non resident and does that include the sprinkler section for kids?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the sign at the entrance to the park says its for residents only. I can check tonight if that will help you

Hoyt Farm / sprinkler park
Yes you do but you can park across the street or 2 blocks down at the school and walk in for free. Just make sure to watch the no parking signs. We did this on sat.
