How would you say this "fancy like" ;-)

I hafta "up" my resume and make things sound more official..

One part of my job was taking applications for 3 scholarships that we had available...processing the applications, awarding the winners and notifying them...

is there any way to say this in a short sentence..and make it sound more like an official responsibility?

Did you select the winners, or just process paperwork? If you chose the winners, I would focus on that responsibility. Something like:

Processed over X number of applications
Selected recipients of the xyz scholarship based on essay, SAT scores, grades, etc.

You could also take any of those words and find a synonym with the thesaurus on the computer...just make it a great action word! Good Luck!
