How would you feel if
You were at work and someone said to you "i have to tell you something , you are much to classy and beautiful for me not to say something but you have a very long white hair growing out of your chin" OMG i almost commited suicide. I was grateful but mortified. Would you have the balls to tell someone that? She said it probably as kind as she could but man did that do a number on me!!

Wow.. I can't believe she said that to you. While I guess it's a good thing that now you know, I would never say something like that to someone who wasn't my mom/sister/really close girlfriend
..and I would expect ONLY THOSE people to say something like that to me

Oh, and if it makes you feel any better..
I have really no unwanted facial hair at all, pretty tame eyebrows and no need to wax my lip or anywhere else on my face..
..but I do grow this one chin hair that has to be plucked periodically
..and it is not white

seriously I cant stop thinking about it. I did run to the bathroon and pluck that sh$t. But i really feel so upset.. I didnt even know where to post this. I guess "that sucks" would have been an option. But I felt this was a beauty issue!! Now all I do is look at everyones chin to see if they have it !! i am nuts!!

actually, i think she handled it very well! look, we all have some problem like that at some time...including her im sure.
id send her a little note saying thanks and then put it behind you.
