How wierd is this..
I was driving home from upstate this morning and while I was on the Palisades Pkwy, I saw a family all dressed up walking (mom, 3 girls, baby in stroller) down the side of the road. First thought is broken down car however, there wasn't one anywhere before that.
How random.

They may have been Orthodox Jewish - no driving on Saturday's, and I always see them walking along the sides of the roads/highways when we go up-state.
