When it comes to changes say in the workplace I easily adapt. When it comes to changes in my personal life I usually have a much harder time.

depends what the change is - I have had a lot in the last 2 years
My Mom passed away- which brought all kinds of chnages- my Dad dating, moving
I moved from the City, got married, got a new job- got a new postion at that job
now my sister is moving and my dad is selling our house- I feel sad today- but I think I will be ok
I have been thru a lot

I don't usually have a choice when it comes to the changes that have come my way. I may think I don't deal well...but looking at how far i have come with all the aversity I have dealt withm I would say I have done ok with it. Anyone who knows me would say I am the Queen of overcoming change!!
