How to KILL little black ants without harmful chemicals.
I have a toddler so idon't want to use harmful chemicals but the ants are returning for the season - these little black ants that seem to congregate in one area. I don't want to just drive t hem to another area of the house - I want to kill them so they don't go anywhere else! TIA!

i know for cockroaches you use chalk to outline around pipes to stop them (they don't like chalk) maybe try that? Not sure if it will work.

Boric acid works too, put it around the door/window bases & any place you see the ants.

great question! we saw these darn things for the first time tonight. we have a baby so we don't want to use anything to harsh, I scrubbed everything with bleach we'll see if that works!

I bought this but then reading the label it doesn't seem so safe? Is it supposed to be non-toxic?

Yes it does - it repels them from crossing the line you make with the cinnamon. But it won't kill them and if theya re already in the house it won't do anything to get rid of them.
Sprinkle it across doorjams and windows (outside) so they don't come i. But when it rains, it gets messay and has to be put down again...
