how to ease the wait of first sono
i have 3 weeks n 4 days till first sono help calm me down what can i do to get my mind off the baby thats all i think about tried wrapping gifts wrapped 5 n now im exhausted.
last night was the first time i went out in a long time n by 7pm i was shot came home with company over still n i just felll asleep on the sofa it was 1030, what to do to make me stay awake.

It's hard but if you keep yourself involved in activities and even your job, the time will fly by pretty quickly.
It's also completely normal to feel exhausted the first trimester.

I totally understand where you are coming from. My first sono is on Dec. 30. Seems like forever. All I want right now is to see that little flicker of a heartbeat on the monitor.
