How to dress ?

Hailey is 10 days old and I am not sure how to dress her. Any suggestions for when a/c is on and for when it is off? I think I am over dressing her

I asked my dr. this question. He said no hat in a/c, just regular feety pajamas. No swaddle, etc. He said that babies need to learn to regulate their body heat and covering them too much can make them overheat, even in the a/c.
