How to create an earlier bed time

So DD usually has her last bottle between 8:30 - 9:00pm. Beacuse she has serious reflux and milk protein allergies I don't put her to sleep in the crib right away. She lies in her boppy pillow with her paci on the couch and falls asleep within 30 - 45 minute, I carry her to her crib and she will STTN till anywhere between 7:30 - 9:00am.
The problem is I go back to work in a month and will have to leave the house around 6:45. How do you go about creating and earlier bed time so she will get enought sleep but be able to get up earlier? Anyone else do this? She is 15 weeks tomorrow?

Start the shift now. Go at half hour intervals and for 3-4 days at a time. That "should" do the trick. Good luck! Chat Icon

I have been having the same problem. My DS has his last bottle about 9 and doesn't go to bed until about 10. He then sleeps till about 7 has a bottle and goes right back to sleep until 10am. I go back to work on Monday and for the past 2 weeks I've been trying to get him to go to bed earlier and nothing works. I'm hoping when we start leaving the house at 745am he'll start adjusting his schedule on his own.

Agreed...you could even start by moving it up in 15 minute intervals if that would be easier.

When DS started daycare and had to be up at 6:15 am we had an easier time with early bedtime because he was exhausted.
