How to contact Apple to downgrade iCloud storage?
Apple says I have 15 days to change my mind and downgrade the storage plan but I must call to do so.
Foolishly, I thought that if I upgraded I would be able to use my iPhone camera immediately as storage was full. I really need a 101 class on iCloud. I know it's a virtual filing cabinet but I don't know how to manipulate it to meet my needs.
Anyway, does anyone know what number to call to downgrade? I have been looking but I think they might want it to be hard! Hoping someone knows?

Yes, I found that page and called a few numbers on it. I can't find a number that will help me deal with billing. Do you know what number to call?

I'd just call one of those numbers and get an operator to get the number you want. Or maybe try calling iTunes (I'm just thinking off the top of my head; I don't know if iTunes has a number)?
